Terms of Service

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Beer Run. Beer Run is an app about alcohol. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and that alcohol consumption is legal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to remove any account we reasonably believe belongs to a person under 18.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. We will remove your personal data within 30 days.

When using Beer Run you agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity
• Post content that is abusive, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory
• Upload or share illegal content of any kind
• Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt our servers or other users' accounts
• Use the app to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

You retain ownership of content you create and post in Beer Run (runs, photos, messages). By posting content you grant Beer Run Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, store, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the app.

You are solely responsible for your content. Do not post content you do not have the right to share. We may remove any content that violates these terms.

We provide Beer Run on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beer Run Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Beer Run. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which for a free app is $0).

Beer Run is a social tracking and planning tool. We do not encourage irresponsible consumption of alcohol. Please drink responsibly, respect local laws, and look after yourself and your mates. Beer Run Pty Ltd is not responsible for decisions you make while using the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. Beer Run Pty Ltd (ABN 94 697 111 309, ACN 697 111 309) is incorporated in New South Wales, Australia.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you inside the app before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Beer Run after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those terms.
